M ethods HRCT of tem poral bone w as perform ed in 122 ases( 165 ears). The CPR of OC w as then perform ed. The m ain pa ram eters w ere as follow: ollmi ation 0. 5mm, pit h 0. 875, reformation interval 0. 2~ 0. 3mm, reform ation m atrix 1024 1024. R esults ( 1) CPR of norm al OC w ere perform ed on 80 ears, the three ossi les and its joints ould be show ed on one mi age learly. ( 2) C lin al appli ation ( 72 ases): in 39 ases of temporal bone traum a, OC s were norm al in 21 ases and abnorm al in 18 ases.
