精品论文 参考文献 理气建中汤治疗小儿功能性腹痛临床疗效观察 赵 彤 　　（四川省绵阳市中医医院 四川 绵阳 621000） 　　【摘 要】目的：分析探讨在小儿功能性腹痛治疗中使用理气建中汤的临床疗效。方法：选取122例就诊于我院小儿科的小儿功能性腹痛的患者，根据使用治疗药物的不同进行随机分组：常规组61例，干预组61例，常规组使用颠茄片和思连康片进行治疗，干预组使用理气建中汤进行治疗。治疗后观察两组患者的临床疗效情况。结果：干预组患者治疗有效率显著优于常规组(Plt;0.05)。结论：在临床小儿功能性腹痛治疗中使用理气建中汤进行治疗，临床上显示治疗效果较好，治疗有效率要较使用颠茄片和思连康片治疗有效率高，不仅如此，使用理气建中汤对小儿功能性腹痛进行治疗的不良反应少，而且具有耐受性好的优点，在临床治疗小儿功能性腹痛过程中应积极进行应用。 　　【关键词】理气建中汤；小儿功能性腹痛；临床疗效 　　【中图分类号】R544 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）8-0006-02 　　The Efficacy of Qi Jian Zhong Tang treatment of children with functional abdominal pain 　　【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy analysis using Qi Jianzhong soup in the treatment of children with functional abdominal pain. Methods：122 cases in our hospital pediatric patients with functional abdominal pain in children, according to the use of different drugs were randomized: the conventional group 61 cases, 61 cases in the intervention group, the conventional group using belladonna tablets and tablets for treatment tetravaccine intervention group using qi Jian Zhong Tang treatment.
