精品论文 参考文献 痛风性关节炎患者使用X线诊断的表现以及价值分析 王光明 李振亚(通讯作者) 邵国庆 郭永团 　　（江苏省徐州市中心医院放射科 江苏 徐州 221009) 　　【摘要】 目的：讨论痛风性关节炎患者使用X线诊断的具体表现以及诊断价值。方法：选取2013年6月至2015年4月期间来我院接受治疗的58例痛风性关节炎患者作为研究对象，所有患者均采用X线进行病情诊断，对其诊断的影像学资料进行总结与分析，分别对其具体表现以及诊断进行研究分析。结果：通过检测得知，58例患者的病变部位均为四肢关节，其中第一跖趾关节的发病率最高，为46例（79.31%），单侧为40例（68.97%）。双侧为5例（8.62%），之间关节以及掌指为12例（20.69%），踝关节为3例（5.17%），膝关节为4例（6.90%），腕关节为2例（3.45%），肘关节为2例（3.45%）。软组织发生改变，骨质遭受破坏以及关节间隙发生改变为痛风性关节炎患者X线诊断的主要表现。结论：痛风性关节炎患者使用X线诊断的价值显著，但诊断表现多变且复杂，容易与其他的骨科疾病产生混淆，因此医师需对X线的具体表现进行仔细的分析，并与实验室的检查结果以及患者的临床表现相互结合，最大限度提高诊断的准确率。 　　【关键词】 痛风性；关节炎；X线；具体表现；诊断价值 　　【中图分类号】R445 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）11-0028-02 　　Performance and value analysis of X-ray diagnosis in patients with gout arthritis Wang Guangming, Li Zhenya (correspondence author), Shao Guoqing, GuoYongtuan. Methods From April 2015 to June 2013, 58 cases of patients with gout arthritis treated in our hospital as the research object of this experiment, all patients were diagnosed by X-ray, the diagnosis of imaging data were summarized and analyzed, and their specific performance and diagnosis were analyzed. Results The lesions of the 58 patients were all of the joints, and the incidence of the first toe joint was the highest, and was 46 (79.31%), and 40 cases (68.97%).
