精品论文 参考文献 益心补肾汤对心衰大鼠治疗的可能机理的试验研究 戚亚飞 　　（杭州市第一人民医院 浙江 杭州 310006） 　　【摘 要】目的：通过制备心衰大鼠模型，考察益心补肾汤对心衰治疗的可能机理。方法：将心衰大鼠分为4个组别，心衰模型组、益心补肾汤小剂量组、大剂量组和阳性药组，设正常大鼠作为对照组，连续给药28d。结果：与空白组比，心衰模型组的左室指数、心脏指数、心率、脑钠肽(Brain Natriuretic Peptides，BNP)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngiotensinsystemⅡ，Ang-Ⅱ)与醛固酮(Aldosterone，ALD)明显增大或增高(Plt;0.05或Plt;0.01)，与心衰模型组比，益心补肾大、小剂量组均可明显降低心衰大鼠的左室指数、心脏指数、心率、BNP、Ang-Ⅱ和ALD(Plt;0.05)。阳性药可降低心衰大鼠的左室指数、心脏指数和ALD(Plt;0.05)。与心衰模型组比，益心补肾大小剂量组和阳性药的空泡变性和炎症细胞聚集程度较轻，益心补肾小剂量和阳性组损伤相当，益心补肾大剂量损伤较轻。结论：益心补肾汤通过降低心衰大鼠的左心室指数、心脏指数、BNP、Ang-Ⅱ和ALD，改善心衰大鼠肺水肿病理而治疗心衰。 　　【关键词】益心补肾汤；心衰大鼠；左心室指数；BNP；Ang-Ⅱ；ALD 　　【中图分类号】R-332 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1004-6194（2015）01-0113-02 　　Experimental Study of the Possible Mechanism of Yixinbushen on the Heart Failure in Rats 　　【Abstract】Objective: To study the possible mechanism of Yixinbushen on the heart failure in rats. Methods: The rat model of heart failure was prepared. The heart failure rats were divided into 4 groups: heart failure model group, the low-dose of Yixinbushen group, the high-dose of Yixinbushen and the Danshen group. Normal rats were enrolled as the control group. 5 groups had been administrated the corresponding drugs for 28 days. Results: Compared with the control, the left ventricular heart index, cardiac index, heart rate, brain natriuretic peptides(BNP), angiotensinsystemⅡ(Ang-Ⅱ) and aldosterone(ALD) were increased significantly in heart failure group(P lt;0.05 or P lt;0.01). Compared with the heart failure group, the left ventricular heart index, cardiac index, heart rate, BNP, Ang-Ⅱand ALD were decreased in Yixinbushen group(P lt;0.05). The left ventricular heart index, cardiac index, heart rate and ALD were decreased in Danshen group (P lt;0.05). Yixinbushen can mitigate the degree of degeneration and inflammatory cell of the pulmonary edema induced by heart failure. Conclusion: Yixinbushen could treat heart failure by reducing left ventricular index, cardiac index, BNP, Ang-Ⅱ, ALD and pulmonary edema. 　　【Key Words】Yixinbushen, heart failure;
