精品论文 参考文献 眼科手术术后抗炎中应用双氯芬酸钠的效果研究 孙安胜 赵映红 四川省珙县人民医院 四川 珙县 644501 95829部队司令部门诊部 湖北 孝感 432100 【摘 要】目的：研究观察在眼科手术术后抗炎中应用双氯芬酸钠临床效果，为眼科手术术后抗炎工作提供有利依据。方法：将70例做眼科手术的患者随机分为对照组30例与观察组40例，两组患者在术后常规治疗的基础上，对照组患者给予典必殊眼液进行术后抗炎，观察组则给予典必殊眼液与双氯芬酸钠联合抗炎，观察两组的治疗效果和炎症反应的情况。结果：术后两组患者炎症反应轻重对比均无统计学差异，运用抗炎药物后，炎症反应发生率观察组为22.5%，对照组则为63.3%。两组无一例患者有不良反应现象发生。结论：在眼科手术术后抗炎中应用双氯芬酸钠，效果显著，安全可靠，可以有效提高患者的术后恢复速度。 【关键词】双氯芬酸；眼科手术；术后；抗炎 Study on the application effect of diclofenac sodium Department of ophthalmology operation postoperative anti-inflammatory.
