我国网络招聘中存在的问题及对策研究摘 要随着网络的普及,我国网络招聘也进入了快速发展期,相比传统招聘网络招聘具有招聘范围广、无地域限制、高效快捷、费用低等优势。与此同时,网络招聘过程中也出现了一系列的问题亟需研究。本文以网上搜索普查和Spss数据分析方法为主要研究方法,兼以文献分析,概述国内外网络招聘的产生、发展及现状,总结归纳出网络招聘作为一种新兴的招聘方式存在的问题,即网络提供的信息真实度低;网络招聘甄选人才困难;应用范围狭窄与基础环境薄弱;技术和服务体系不完善:政府部门缺乏有效的管理招聘网站的制度和机构经营与管理:信息处理的难度大和网络招聘的成功率较低等。在分析现状的基础上,结合实际网络招聘工作经验,提出了相应的对策:提高网络安全系统;完善电子面试;细分市场,强化服务意识;技术上进行革新和创造;完善网络招聘法规制度:采取适当收费的服务形式等。通过分析网络招聘中存在的问题而提出的解决对策,对于之后认识和规范网络招聘具有借鉴和指导意义。关键词:网络招聘;问题;对策Chinas Online Recruitment Problems and Countermeasures ResearchAbstractAlong with the network popularization, the network recruitment also entered into a rapid development in our country, compared with the traditional recruitment has a wide range of recruitment, recruitment network without regional restrictions, high effect, low cost advantage.
