精品论文 参考文献 积极护理干预对小儿雾化吸入治疗依从性的影响 单瑞娟（商丘市第一人民医院儿二科 河南商丘 476100） 　　[摘要]目的：研究分析积极护理干预对小儿雾化吸入治疗依从性的影响，丰富临床治疗经验。方法：选择2013年9月至2015年9月我院收治的进行雾化吸入治疗患儿104例，将其随机分为两组，各52例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组则在此基础上实施积极护理干预。对比两组患儿的疗效效果与依从性。结果：观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为96.2%，显著优于对照组75.0%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组依从性显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：选取积极护理干预对于小儿雾化吸入治疗具有显著临床效果，可以提高雾化吸入治疗的临床疗效，让患儿家属可以积极配合医护人员，提高雾化治疗患者依从性，值得临床进一步推广使用。 　　[关键词]积极护理干预；小儿雾化吸入治疗；依从性 　　The effect of positive nursing intervention on the compliance of children with atomization inhalation treatment 　　Dan Ruijuan (Shangqiu First Peoples Hospital, Shangqiu two, Henan 476100) 　　Abstract Objective: To study the effect of positive nursing intervention on the treatment compliance of children with atomization inhalation, and to enrich the experience of clinical treatment.
