精品论文 参考文献 米索前列醇塞肛给药预防产后出血临床疗效观察 阜宁县沟墩中心卫生院 江苏盐城 224400 摘要：目的：观察米索前列醇塞肛给药预防产后出血的临床疗效，为预防产后出血措施的选择与研制进行积极的探索。方法：选择2012年06月-2014年03月在我院住院分娩的60例产妇为研究对象，按照就医先后的顺序，随机分为两组，各30例，观察组产妇在胎儿娩出后立即给予米索前列醇200 mu;g塞入肛门内约5-6cm处。12h后重复使用1次；对照组产妇在胎儿娩出后立即肌注催产素20IU，每日2次，使用 3d。观察两组产妇第三产程时间、产后2h、24h出血量，产后出血发生率及心电监护各指标的变化情况。结果：观察组、对照组两组产妇第三产程时间、产后2h、24h出血量、出血率均存在显著差异（p＜0.05），有统计学意义；用药前后两组产妇的心电监护各指标均无异常征象，组间比较无显著差异（P＞0.05），无统计学意义。结论：米索前列醇塞肛是一种安全、有效、简便给药途径，能显著增强宫缩、缩短第三产程、减少产后出血的发生率，值得临床推广使用。 关键词：米索前列醇；塞肛给药；预防；产后出血 [Abstract]Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of misoprostol administration anus preventing postpartum hemorrhage，postpartum hemorrhage measures to prevent the selection and development of active exploration.Methods：June 2012 -2014 in our hospital in March of 60 cases of birth mothers for the study，according to the order of medical treatment has randomly divided into two groups，30 patients in each study group mothers given immediately after the baby is delivered 200 mu;g of misoprostol at the anus stuffed about 5-6cm.12h after repeated use 1；control group mothers immediately after delivery of the fetus intramuscular oxytocin 20IU，2 times a day，using 3d.Mothers were observed the third stage of labor，postpartum 2h，24h changes in the amount of bleeding，postpartum hemorrhage rate and ECG each index.Results：The study group，two groups of mothers in the control group the third stage of labor，postpartum 2h，24h amount of bleeding，there was a significant difference（p lt;0.05）bleeding rate，with statistical significance；both groups before and after treatment of maternal ECG indexes There were no abnormal signs，there was no significant difference（Pgt; 0.05）between the groups was not statistically significant.Conclusion：misoprostol anus is a safe，effective，convenient route of administration，can significantly enhance contractions，shortened third stage of labor，reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage，worthy of clinical use.
