精品论文 参考文献 系统口腔护理干预与健康教育对牙周病患者的影响 长沙市口腔医院 湖南长沙 410001 【摘 要】 目的 探讨系统口腔护理干预和健康教育对牙周病患者治疗的影响。方法 收集2015 年1 月至2016 年1 月我院收治的牙周病患者60 例，采用随机数字法分为两组，对照组（n=30）接受常规护理，观察组（n=30）采用系统口腔护理干预与健康教育进行护理，比较两组患者护理前后牙齿探诊深度（PD）附着水平（CAL）探诊出血指数（BI）菌斑指数（PLI）和正确口腔保健行为形成率。结果 观察组患者护理后牙周各项检查指标结果均明显优于对照组，Plt;0.05；观察组患者护理后正确口腔保健行为形成率明显高于对照组，Plt;0.05。结论 系统口腔护理干预和健康教育可有效提高牙周病患者对正确口腔护理的认知，对于提高牙周病的治疗效果具有积极作用，值得推广应用。 【关键词】系统口腔护理；健康教育；牙周病 【Abstract 】 objective to investigate the oral care intervention and health education system for the treatment of patients with periodontal disease.Methods between January 2015 and January 2015 our hospital 60 cases of patients with periodontal disease，can be divided into two groups by random number method，the control group（n = 30）for routine care，observation group（n = 30）adopts the system of oral nursing care intervention and health education，comparing two groups of patients before and after nursing teeth ground depth（PD），attachment level（CAL），explore clinical bleeding index（BI），plaque index（PLI）and right oral health behavior formation rate.Results observation group of patients nursing after periodontal examination index results were significantly better than the control group，P lt; 0.05；Observation group of patients after nursing right oral health behavior formation rate is significantly higher than the control group，P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion oral care intervention and health education can effectively improve the periodontal disease patients cognition to correct oral care，plays a positive role to improve the effect of the treatment of periodontal disease，is worthy of popularization and application. 【Key words 】 oral care system；Health education；Periodontal disease 牙周疾病是临床上口腔科一种较为常见的牙周组织慢性感染性疾病，其具有病情迁延、发病率高的特点，牙周病可导致患者牙槽骨等牙周组织出现缺失、破坏，是导致牙齿缺失的重要原因[1]。牙周病会影响患者正常的咀嚼功能，从而严重的影响患者的生活质量，正确的口腔保健行为的养成对于提高牙周疾病的治疗效果具有积极作用，基于此，我院采用系统口腔护理干预联合健康教育进行牙周病患者的护理，效果理想，现报告如下。 1.临床资料与方法 1.1 临床资料 收集2015 年1 月至2016 年1 月我院收治的牙周病患者60 例，采用随机数字法分为两组，30 例患者接受常规护理，作为对照组
