精品论文 参考文献 经口管饲重力喂养在早产儿管饲喂养中的应用 柳州市工人医院 545005 　　摘要：目的 探讨传统鼻饲（经鼻）喂养与经口管饲重力喂养对早产儿喂养的应用效果。方法 选取2015年3月—2015年12月新生儿科收治的50例需管饲喂养的早产儿。随机分为传统鼻饲喂养组（对照组）25 例与经口管饲重力喂养组（实验组）25 例。比较两组患儿在达到全胃肠营养所需时间、住院时间、喂养耐受性及相关并发症方面的情况。结果 实验组在达到全胃肠营养所需时间、住院时间方面较对照组明显缩短；实验组在呕吐、腹胀、胃潴留等发生情况均明显低于对照组；实验组在呼吸暂停、吸入性肺炎、消化道粘膜损伤等并发症的发生率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论 经口管饲重力喂养增强了早产儿的喂养耐受性，减少并发症的发生，帮助患儿更快达到全胃肠营养，明显缩短了患儿的住院时间。为生长发育奠定了良好的基础。 　　关键词：经口管饲重力喂养；早产儿； 喂养不耐受；并发症 　　【 Abstract 】 objective to explore the traditional nasogastric（nasal feeding and feeding of premature infants fed through the mouth tube feeding gravity application effect.Methods select in March 2015 - December 2015 freshmen of 50 cases admitted in pediatric tube feeding of premature infants.Were randomly divided into traditional nasogastric feeding group（control group）of 25 patients with tube feeding through the mouth of gravity feed group（experimental group），25 cases.Compare two groups of children at the time needed for gastrointestinal nutrition，length of hospital stay，feeding tolerance and related complications.Results the experimental group reached all the time needed for gastrointestinal nutrition，length of hospital stay was significantly shortened;The experimental group such as vomiting，abdominal distension and gastric retention is happening were significantly lower than the control group;Experimental group in apnea，aspiration pneumonia，the incidence of complications such as digestive tract mucosal damage were lower than the control group，differences were statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion through the mouth tube feeding gravity fed to enhance the premature infant feeding tolerance，reduce complications and help children with faster to whole gastrointestinal nutrition，apparent shortened with the length of hospital stay.Laid a good foundation for growth and development. 　　【 key words 】 through the mouth tube feeding gravity feed;Premature infants;Feeding plications 　　早产儿由于其各器官发育不完善，胃肠功能和免疫功能不成熟［1］，临床上常出现喂养不耐受、体重增长速度慢、并发症
