精品论文 参考文献 综合护理干预在附件炎患者中的应用效果观察 哈尔滨市安康社会福利院 黑龙江哈尔滨 150025 【摘 要】目的：观察综合护理方法对附件炎患者干预效果的影响，探讨综合护理的应用价值。为附件炎患者感染的减少提供借鉴和指导。方法：选择医院2014年6月到2016年6月收治的附件炎患者共80例,分为对照组与实验组,每组各40人，分别给予常规护理干预与综合性护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。并对其在医院治疗过程中治疗进展的状况进行统计学分析。结果：护理后，实验组患者的治愈率为92.31%，好转率为5.13%，未愈率为2.56%，对照组患者治愈率为70.73%，好转率为17.07%，未愈率为12.20%，实验组明显优于对照组（Plt;0.05）。结论：对附件炎患者采用具有综合护理干预护理要点的有效护理模式，能够提高患者的临床护理效果，帮助改善患者负性心理,便与其保持良好心态接受护理,提高其护理满意度。因此十分具有临床应用价值。 【关键词】综合护理干预；附件炎；应用效果 Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with accessory phlogistic Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the patients with accessory inflammation, and to explore the value of comprehensive nursing care. To provide reference and guidance for the reduction of infection in patients with accessory infection. Methods: select the hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were adnexitis patients in 80 cases, divided into control group and experimental group, each group of 40 people, given routine nursing intervention and comprehensive nursing intervention, nursing effects were compared between the two groups. And the status of the progress of treatment in the hospital in the process of statistical analysis. Results: after nursing, patients in the experimental group the cure rate was 92.31%, the improvement rate was 5.13%, the failure rate for 2.56% patients in the control group, the cure rate was 70.73%, the improvement rate was 17.07%, the failure rate was 12.20%, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group Plt;0.05. Conclusion: the effective nursing mode of nursing comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with accessory phlogistic, can improve the clinical effect of treatment and nursing of patients, help to improve the patients negative psychology, with good mentality of treatment and nursing, improve the nursing satisfaction.
