精品论文 参考文献 综合护理干预对脑外伤康复期患者活动能力的影响分析 （峨眉山市中医院外科 四川 峨眉山 614200） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨分析综合护理干预对脑外伤康复期患者活动能力的影响。方法：选取2014年5月～2016年5月我院收治的脑外伤患者60例，按照病程将所有患者分为6～12个月组和大于1年组，各30例，均采用综合护理干预方式进行护理。对两组患者护理前后的护理效果采用日常生活活动能力（ADL）进行评价。结果：综合护理干预前，两组不同病程患者的ADL评分具有显著性差异（Plt;0.05）；综合护理干预后，所有患者的ADL评分与护理前的ADL评分具有显著性差异（Plt;0.05），两组间患者ADL评分比较无显著性差异（Pgt;0.05），不具有统计学意义。结论：对脑外伤康复期患者实施综合护理干预后 ADL能力增强。 　　【关键词】 综合护理干预；脑外伤康复期；活动能力；影响 　　【中图分类号】R473 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）26-0014-02 　　The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the activity ability of patients with brain injury during rehabilitation period 　　Tong Yanbi. Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Mount Emei City , Sichuan Province, Mount Emei 614200, China 　　【Abstract】Objective Discussion on Impact Analysis comprehensive nursing intervention on brain injury rehabilitation activity of patients.Methods Select from May 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital 60 patients with traumatic brain injury, according to the duration of all the patients were divided into groups of 6 to 12 months and more than one year group, 30 cases in each. Two groups of patients were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention care.
