精品论文 参考文献 老年胫腓骨远端骨折采用胫前减张切口结合锁定加压钢板治疗的临床效果分析 尹勇 　　（梓潼县中医院 四川 绵阳 622150） 　　【摘要】目的：对应用胫前减张切口结合锁定加压钢板技术对患有胫腓骨远端骨折疾病的老年患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法：抽取我院收治的92例患有胫腓骨远端骨折疾病的老年患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，平均每组46例。采用锁定钢板内固定方式对对照组患者实施治疗；采用胫前减张切口结合锁定加压钢板技术对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果：治疗组患者胫腓骨远端骨折疾病的手术治疗效果明显优于对照组；胫腓骨骨折住院治疗时间和手术后胫腓骨功能恢复正常时间明显短于对照组。结论：应用胫前减张切口结合锁定加压钢板技术对患有胫腓骨远端骨折疾病的老年患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。 　　【关键词】 胫前减张切口；锁定加压钢板；胫腓骨远端骨折；老年患者 　　【中图分类号】R687.3+2 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）03-0039-02 　　The elderly patients with distal tibial fractures of the tibial and fibula fractures of the anterior tibial incision 　　Yin Yong. Results the surgical treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, the recovery time and the functional recovery of the tibia and fibula were significantly shorter than the control group.
