精品论文 参考文献 老年重症心力衰竭急诊内科治疗的临床分析 任希元 1.山东省寿光市人民医院；2.山东省寿光市妇幼保健院 摘要：目的 研究分析临床急诊内科治疗老年重症心力衰竭的方法，为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法 回顾性分析我院自2011年8月至2012年8月之间接收诊治的84例老年重症心力衰竭治疗情况，将患者平均分成研究组与对照组，研究组进行美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗，对照组进行常规治疗，统计学对比两组治疗疗效，Plt;0.05两组疗效存在显著性差异。结果 研究组与对照组经治疗后疗效评价发现研究组显著疗效9例（21.4%），一般疗效31例（73.8%），差疗效2例（4.8%），对照组显著疗效4例（9.5%），一般疗效29例（69.1%），差疗效9例（21.4%）。研究组治疗有效率95.2%，对照组治疗有效率78.6%，统计学对比两组疗效存在显著性差异（Plt;0.05）。结论 临床采用美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗老年重症心力衰竭疗效显著，对比常规治疗方式提高了患者治疗效果，在急诊治疗中应广泛应用。 关键词：老年；重症心力衰竭；急诊；美托洛尔；厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪 【Summary 】 the purpose research analyze clinical emergency call Medicine to cure the method that old-age advanced case mental exertion crocks up and provide a theory for the clinical treatment basis.The method review analyzes my hospital from August，2011 to August，2012 of indirectly accept 84 old-age advanced case mental exertions making a diagnosis and giving treatment to crock up a treatment circumstance，be divided into a sufferer research set and matched control on the average，the research set carries on the United States to give Luo Er to unite the E shell sand Tan hydrogen chlorine Mao Mao treatment，the matched control carries on a normal regulations treatment，the statistics learns to contrast two sets of treatment curative effect，Plt;0.05 two sets of curative effect existence show Zhao difference.Result research set and matched control after treatment the curative effect evaluation discover that the research set shows Zhao curative effect 9（21.4%），the general curative effect is 31（73.8%），bad the curative effect is 2（4.8%），the matched control shows Zhao curative effect 4（9.5%），the general curative effect is 29（69.1%），bad curative effect 9（21.4%）.Research set treatment efficient 95.2%，the matched control cures efficient 78.6%，the statistics learns to contrast two sets of curative effect existence to show Zhao difference.（Plt;0.05）Conclusion clinical adoption the United States give the Luo Er consociation E shell sand Tan hydrogen chlorine Mao the Mao cure old-age advanced case
