精品论文 参考文献 耳内窥镜及动力系统在儿童腺样体切除中的应用 （连云港市第二人民医院 江苏 连云港 222000） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨耳鼻喉动力系统及耳内窥镜在儿童腺样体切除中的疗效及与传统腺样体刮除术相比的优点。方法：以我科在2012年3月至2015年3月收治的36例腺样体肥大儿童为研究对象，随机分为研究组与对照组。两组均采用经口气管插管静脉复合麻醉，研究组儿童在耳内窥镜直视下采用耳鼻喉动力系统行腺样体吸切术，对照组儿童行经口径路腺样体刮除术。术后对36例儿童进行随访，对所得数据进行分析。结果：研究组儿童18例，治愈10例，有效8例，总体有效率100%;对照组儿童18例，治愈8例，有效5例，无效5例，总体有效率72.2%。两组比较，总体差异显著。结论：耳内窥镜联合耳鼻喉动力系统在治疗儿童腺样体肥大手术中较传统方法有明显的优势，手术操作在耳内窥镜直视下进行，视野清楚，开阔，有效防止了鼻腔以及鼻咽部并发症的发生。 　　【关键词】耳内窥镜；耳鼻喉动力系统；腺样体切除术；应用 　　【中图分类号】R720.5 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）28-0050-02 　　Application of endoscopy and ENT power system in children adenoid operation 　　Zhang Jian. The Second Hospital of Lianyungang City,Jiangsu Province, Lianyungang 222032, China 　　【Abstract】Objective To explore the efficacy of adenoidectomy using ear endoscope and ENT power system compared with the traditional operation and the endoscopic adenoidectomy.Methods Our branch since March 2012 to March 2015 have treated 36 cases of adenoid hypertrophy in children who are studied as the research object and randomly divided into study group(18 cases)and control group(18 cases).All cases were oprated with balanced anesthesia, the patients in study group endoscopic are with the ear endoscopic guidance in the ENT power system for adenoidectomy operation, the patients in the control group were of adenoidectomy technique by way of oral. The patients were followed up and the data and statistics collected were analyzed and processed. Result The study group after operation treatment cured children in 10 cases,effective in 8 cases,the effective rate oftreatment was 100%.While the control group cured 8 cases,effective 5 cases,invalid 5 cases,the effective rate was 72.2%,Comparison between the two groups,curative effect difference was significant(Plt;0.05).Conclusions The combination of ear endoscope and ENT power system applied in adenoidectomy surgery makes the operation performed under direct vision and the accuracy of the operation imp
