精品论文 参考文献 聚髌器治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效分析 广东省潮州市饶平县人民医院骨科 广东 潮州 515700 【摘 要】目的：分析并评价镍钛-聚髌器在治疗髌骨骨折中的临床疗效。方法：采用镍钛-聚髌器对2012年7月至2015年2月本院收治的65例各种类型髌骨骨折患者实施治疗。结果：65例患者均获得随访，随访时间4～24个月 ，全部患者的骨折均愈合。根据陆裕朴等疗效评定标准,50例为优,13例为良,2例为可, 总体优良率96.9%。未见聚髌器滑脱或骨不连等并发症发生病例。结论：采用镍钛-聚髌器对髌骨骨折患者的治疗效果十分理想,基本可以杜绝聚髌器滑脱或骨不连等并发症发生,值得临床广泛推广。 【关键词】镍钛-聚髌器；髌骨骨折；内固定 The analysis of the Clinical curative effect of patella claw plate for treating Patellar Fractures YU Wenbin MAI Mingxu LIN Yujin (Department of Orthopedics, Peoplersquo;s Hospital of Raoping, Chaozhou, Guangdong 515700) 【Abstract】Object To analyze and evaluate the clinical curative effect of the nickel titanium patellar claw plate in treatment of patellar fractures. Methods Collect the clinical curative effect of the 65 cases of patellar fracture patients who were treated with nickel titanium patellar claw plate from January 2012 to January 2015. Results 65 cases were followed up (range from 4 to 24 months). All of them were cured. Base on the evaluation criterion which were put forward by LuYupu and other experts, 50 patients were excellent, better in 13 cases, with the total effective rate of 96.9%. No complication like Patellar concentrator spondylolisthesis or bone nonunion occurs. Conclusion Nickel titanium patellar claw plate is an ideal way of treating patellar fracture patients. It can prevent the complication like Patellar concentrator spondylolisthesis or bone nonunion. It is worth of widely spreading in Clinical treatment. 【Key words】Nickel titanium patellar claw plate; Patellar fracture; Internal fixation 【中图分类号】R687.3【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2096-0867（2016）-2-145-02 髌骨骨折为常见的关节内骨折，尤以粉碎性骨折多见，治疗的目的在于恢复伸膝装置的连续性及关节面的解剖，避免创伤性关节炎的发生，选择内固定应牢靠，允许早期关节活动[1]。近几年由于对关节内骨折治疗的重视，现髌骨骨折的治疗多以手术为主，聚髌器在治疗髌骨骨折方面具有手术用时短，手术创伤小，组织相容性好，固定牢靠，适应证广以及能够开展早期功能锻炼等优点已被广大医生及患者所接受。本院自2012年07月～2015年02月采用聚髌器治疗髌骨骨折65例，取得满意疗效，现报道如下。 1临床资料 1. 1一般资料：本组65例，男40例，女25例，年龄18～75岁，平均(41.5plusmn;2.5)岁。所有病例中闭合性骨折60例，开放性骨折5例，其中髌骨横行骨折16例，粉碎性骨折49例。骨折原因：车祸伤15例，不慎摔伤50例。所有病例均未合并膝关
