精品论文 参考文献 肝素钠注射液联合泼尼松治疗小儿肾病综合征的疗效观察 赣州市人民医院 江西 赣州 341000 作者简介：曾海江（1977-）主治医师 主要从事小儿肾脏疾病的研究 [摘要]目的：探究肝素钠注射液与泼尼松联合治疗用于小儿肾病综合征临床效果。方法：随机选取本院2013年3月至2015年7月间收治入院的小儿肾病综合征患儿40例，采用双盲法原则将其分成治疗组和对照组，各有20例，对照组在常规对症治疗的基础上予以泼尼松治疗，治疗组则在对照组的基础上配合肝素钠注射液进行静滴，比较两组临床疗效，并对比观察患者的24h尿蛋白、ALB、TC以及肾功能指标（Scr、BUN、Ccr）变化情况。结果：治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组，差异经统计学分析存在显著性（P＜0.05）；两组24h尿蛋白、ALB、TC以及肾功能指标（Scr、BUN、Ccr）经过治疗后均有所好转，且治疗组改善情况明显较对照组好，比较差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论：肝素钠注射液与泼尼松联合应用于小儿肾病综合征临床治疗，在提高临床疗效的同时，还能显著改善患者的肾功能指标，值得临床参考应用。 关键词：小儿肾病综合征；肝素钠注射液；泼尼松；临床效果 【中图分类号】R214【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1001-5213(2016)08-0261-01 [abstract] objective: to explore the heparin sodium injection and prednisone clinical effect of combined treatment for children with nephrotic syndrome. Methods: randomly selected from our hospital between March 2013 to July 2015, 40 cases admitted the children with nephrotic syndrome, using the double blind method principle will be divided into the treatment group and control group, each with 20 cases, control group on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment with prednisone treatment, the treatment group is in the control group with heparin sodium injection on the basis of static drops, compare two groups of clinical curative effect, and compared patients, AIB, TC 24 h urine protein, and renal index (Scr, BUN, Ccr) changes. Results: the clinical total effective rate in treatment group than the control group, after statistics analysis exist significant difference (P lt; 0.05); Two groups of 24 h urine protein, AIB, TC and renal index (Scr, BUN, Ccr) after treatment were improved, and improve treatment group significantly better than control group, compared with significant difference (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: heparin sodium injection and prednisone combined application without nephrotic syndrome clinical treatment, while improve the clinical curative effect, can significantly improve the patients renal function indexes, is worth reference for clinical application.
