精品论文 参考文献 脑梗塞患者偏瘫肢体康复训练护理及效果分析 （江苏省高邮市中医医院内科 江苏 扬州 225600） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨脑梗塞患者偏瘫肢体康复训练护理及其效果。方法：我院收治的68例脑梗塞患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组34例。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在对照组常规护理基础上给予偏瘫肢体康复训练护理，比较两组患者神经功能损伤恢复情况和肢体功能恢复情况。结果：治疗前，两组神经功能缺损评分无显著差异，治疗后21d和治疗后28d，观察组评分显著低于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为94.1%，对照组治疗总有效率为73.5%，组间差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05)。结论：脑梗塞患者偏瘫肢体给予康复训练护理可有效改善患者神经功能，促进肢体功能的恢复，提高患者生活自理能力，值得在临床中推广应用。 　　【关键词】脑梗塞；偏瘫；康复训练护理；效果 　　【中图分类号】R473.74 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）28-0259-02 　　Cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia limbs rehabilitation nursing and effect analysis 　　Zhu Qingyun. Gaoyou, jiangsu province hospital of traditional Chinese medicine 225600 　　【Abstract】Objective Limb rehabilitation nursing on patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia and its effect.Methods Our hospital 68 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 34 cases in each group. Control group with routine nursing care, observation group of patients in the control group given hemiplegic limbs rehabilitation training on the basis of conventional nursing care, compared two groups of patients neurologic injury recovery and limb function recovery.Result Before the treatment, two groups of neural function defect scale, there was no significant difference after 21 d and 28 d after treatment, the observation group scores significantly lower than the control group, compare the differences between groups with statistical significance (P lt; 0.05). Treatment group total effectiveness 94.1%, control group total effective rate was 73.5%, statistically significant difference between group (P lt; 0.05).Conclusion Cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia limbs rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the patients nerve function, promote the recovery of limb function and self-care ability of life, is worth popularizing in clinical application. 　　【Key words】Cerebral infarction; Hemiplegia; Rehabilitation n
