精品论文 参考文献 腰硬联合麻醉和全身麻醉在老年患者股骨颈骨折手术的麻醉观察 高中楷 高中楷 　　（雅安市天全县中医医院 四川 雅安 625500） 　　【摘要】 目的：对比观察腰硬联合麻醉和全身麻醉在老年患者股骨颈骨折手术的麻醉效果。方法：本院将收治的110例老年股骨颈骨折患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各55例，给予对照组患者全身麻醉，观察组患者采用腰硬联合麻醉，对两组患者的麻醉效果进行评估。结果：观察组55例患者镇痛总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具统计学意义；观察组患者不良症状发生率显著低于对照组患者具有可比性。结论：对行股骨颈骨折手术的老年患者实施腰硬联合麻醉，能够取得较好的麻醉效果和镇痛效果，降低并发症发生率，值得临床应用。 　　【关键词】 腰硬联合麻醉；全身麻醉；股骨颈骨折手术；麻醉效果 　　【中图分类号】R614.2 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）09-0023-02 　　Anesthetic observation of combined spinal epidural anesthesia and general anesthesia in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture 　　Gao Zhongkai. The TCM Hospital of Tianquan County, Sichuan Province, Yaan 625500, China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To observe the anesthesia effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia and general anesthesia in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture surgery. Methods 110 cases of senile femoral neck fractures were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 55 cases in each group, the control group was treated with combined spinal epidural anesthesia, and two groups of patients were assessed with the anesthesia effect. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant; the incidence of adverse symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and it was significantly higher than that in the control group.
