精品论文 参考文献 腹腔镜小儿阑尾切除+疝囊高位结扎术（附24例报告） 1、深圳市宝安区中医院外科 518101；2、广东省普宁市人民医院小儿外科 515300 【摘要】目的：评价腹腔镜微创手术在小儿腹部外科临床应用的现状和价值，总结腹腔镜小儿阑尾切除+疝囊（或未闭的鞘状突）高位结扎术的临床经验，分析缺点与不足，在成功技术的基础上探索新的手术方法。方法：三孔法腹腔镜阑尾切除，术中常规探查双侧股沟区，对疝囊或未闭的鞘状突（单侧19例，双侧5例）同时行疝囊高位结扎术。结果：24例行腹腔镜阑尾切除+疝囊（或未闭的鞘状突）高位结扎术，无术后并发症。24例随访1~3年，平均1.5年，仅1例腹股沟斜疝复发。结论：腹腔镜腹腔镜小儿阑尾切除+疝囊（或未闭的鞘状突）高位结扎术在一次麻醉下完成多种病变的处理，避免多次手术的打击，降低手术成本，具有创伤小、痛苦轻、恢复快、误诊率低、并发症少、切口美观等优点。 【关键词】腹腔镜；阑尾切除术；疝囊 Laparoscopic appendectomy in children + high ligation of hernia sac（24 cases report） Zhao Han-peng1 LU Xu-sheng 2 Ma Teng-fei1 1. 518101 Baoan District，Shenzhen，Chinese Medicine Hospital Surgery 2. 515300 Puning City，Guangdong Province，Peoples Hospital Pediatric Surgery [Abstract] Objective：To evaluate the minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery in pediatric abdominal surgery clinical status and value of laparoscopic appendectomy in children + hernia sac（or closure of the processus vaginalis）high ligation of clinical experience，analysis of shortcomings andinsufficient on the basis of successful technology，explore new surgical method.Methods：Three-hole laparoscopic appendectomy，surgery routine bilateral inguinal exploration area，or closure of the hernia sac of the processus vaginalis（unilateral 19 cases，bilateral in 5 cases）the same time，high ligation of hernia sac line.Results：24 routine laparoscopic appendectomy + hernia sac（or closure of the processus vaginalis）high ligation，no postoperative complications.24 cases were followed up 1 to 3 years，an average of 1.5 years，only 1 case inguinal hernia recurrence.Conclusion：Laparoscopic appendectomy in children Laparoscopic + hernia sac（or closure of the processus vaginalis）high ligation done under anesthesia in a variety of disease treatment，to avoid multiple operations to combat and reduce the cost of surgery，with trauma，painful light，fast recovery，misdiagnosis rate is low，less complications and incision beautiful and so on.
