精品论文 参考文献 血液透析患者并发肺高血压的相关因素分析 邓小华 　　湖南省永州市中心医院 425000 　　摘要：目的 对血液透析患者并发肺高血压的相关因素进行分析，为其临床诊治提供数据参考。方法 对2012年11月至2014年5月期间我院收治的血液透析患者患者（选取100例）的临床数据进行系统分析，依据是否发生肺动脉高压分成两组，每组详细分析患者的年龄、性别、原发病、透析龄、体重量、血红蛋白、血肌酐、血尿素氮、通路、肺动脉收缩压，以及左室射血分数、右室横径、右房横径、右房长径等相关数据。结果 通过超声心动图发现合并肺动脉高压的患者有56例（56.00%），其中中度和重度合并肺动脉高压的患者共13例（23.21%）；两组患者在年龄、性别、原发病、透析龄、体重量、血红蛋白、血肌酐、血尿素氮、通路、肺动脉收缩压的比较中，不具有显著性差异，不具有统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）；在左室射血分数、右房横径、右房长径的比较中，差异具有显著性，具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 右房横径、右房长径、左室射血分数和透析间期体重的增加与血液透析患者并发肺高血压有明显的相关性。 　　关键词：血液透析；并发肺高血压；相关因素；左室射血分数 　　[abstract]objective to hemodialysis patients complicated with pulmonary hypertension related factors were analyzed，and the reference data for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method of November 2012 to May 2014 patients with hemodialysis patients of our hospital（100 cases）to select the clinical data of system analysis，based on the occurrence of pulmonary hypertension were divided into two groups，each group of detailed analysis of patients age，gender，primary disease，dialysis age，weight，hemoglobin，serum creatinine，blood urea nitrogen，pathways and pulmonary artery systolic pressure，as well as left ventricular ejection fraction，right room transverse diameter，transverse diameter of right，the right length to diameter，the relevant data.Results have merge pulmonary hypertension patients found by echocardiography 56 patients（56.00%），with moderate and severe pulmonary hypertension combined a total of 13 cases（23.21%）；Two groups in age，gender，primary disease，dialysis patients age，weight，hemoglobin，serum creatinine，blood urea nitrogen，pathways，the comparision of the pulmonary artery systolic pressure，do not have significant difference，not statistically significant（P gt; 0.05）；In left ventricular ejection fraction，right transverse diameter，length to diameter，in the comparison of the right room has significant difference，statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion right transverse diameter，the right length to diameter，left ventricular ejection fraction an
