精品论文 参考文献 血清胆固醇检验异常的临床病因分析 邬蜀军 邬蜀军 　　（四川省革命伤残军人医院 四川 成都 610501） 　　【摘要】 目的：通过分析病人血生化检测中的胆固醇水平，探讨导致血清胆固醇检验异常的可能影响因素。方法：随机选取2014.11～2015.11来我院进行血生化检测的1200例患者，回顾性分析患者的临床资料，总结血清胆固醇检验异常的影响因素。结果：在1200例血生化检验结果中，血清胆固醇异常293例，男性患者与女性患者的比例为781：419，血清胆固醇异常者分别是202例和91例，占各自性别比例的25.86%和21.71%。25～55岁的男性检测患者的异常率为27.76%，明显高于同年龄段女性患者的19.37%。在≧56岁的患者中，女性胆固醇异常率为26.92%，明显高于同年龄段男性的24.30%。在293例血清胆固醇检测异常患者中，原发性增高31例，继发性增高190例，原发性降低23例，继发性降低49例。胆固醇增高患者明显多于降低患者。继发性疾病导致的血清胆固醇异常明显多于原发性疾病。以上差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）结论：血清胆固醇水平受性别、年龄等多种因素共同影响，其中中年人士与绝经期后的女性血清胆固醇异常发病率稍高。在血清胆固醇检验异常的患者中，绝大多数患者的胆固醇都是升高的，并且与原发性疾病疾病导致的血清胆固醇异常患者相比，继发性疾病导致的患者人数明显更多。 　　【关键词】 血清胆固醇；血生化检验；临床病因 　　【中图分类号】R446.11 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）20-0056-02 　　Abnormal serum cholesterol test analysis of the clinical etiology Wu Shujun.
