精品论文 参考文献 血管前置的产前超声诊断分析 长沙市第三医院超声诊断科 湖南长沙 410000 【摘 要】目的：分析血管前置的产前超声诊断的应用价值，旨在为临床诊断提供有效的参考依据。方法：选取我院收治的12例血管前置孕产妇作为研究对象，对其进行产前彩色多普勒超声检查，过程中对胎盘脐带入口行多方位扫查，对比超声检查诊断结果与手术病理诊断结果，分析超声诊断的准确率、图像特征以及孕产妇的分娩结局。结果：产前超声诊断出血管前置11例，准确率为91.7%；患者多伴有低置胎盘、帆状胎盘等异常；超声图像表现为宫颈矢状切面上宫颈内口上方，可见壁薄、位置固定、走行平直的血管回声，缺少脐带螺旋，可直接显示宫颈内口上方胎膜下血管中的血流信号，可获得胎儿脐动脉频谱；阴道分娩2例，占比18.2%，新生儿存活10例，占比90.9%。结论：彩色多普勒超声检查在血管前置诊断上具有较高的应用价值，值得临床推广与应用。 【关键词】血管前置；产前检查；胎盘脐带；超声诊断 Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of vascular preposition Hai Xia Deng Department of ultrasound diagnosis of the Third Hospital of Changsha Changsha Hunan 410000 [Abstract] Objective：to analyze the application value of prenatal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of vascular，and to provide an effective reference for clinical diagnosis.Methods：in our hospital were 12 cases of vasa maternal as the research object，the of prenatal color Doppler ultrasonography，the process of placenta and umbilical cord inlet line range scanning，ultrasound contrast diagnosis results and surgical pathology results，analysis the accurate rate of ultrasound diagnosis，image features and maternal birth outcomes.Results：prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of vasa previa in 11 cases，the accuracy rate was 91.7%.Patients were associated with lower set placenta，velamentous placenta anomaly；ultrasound image characteristics of cervical sagittal cervical mouth at the top，visible wall thin，fixed position，go straight line echo，lack of umbilical spiral and can directly display the cervical over the mouth of the membranes in vascular blood flow signal，obtaining fetal umbilical artery frequency spectrum；2 cases of vaginal delivery，accounting for 18.2%，neonatal survival in 10 cases，accounted for 90.9%.Conclusion：color Doppler ultrasonography has high application value in the diagnosis of vascular，it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
