The China Mergers Acquisitions Association (CMAA) was established in response to the demands of China’s developing MA sector, and to promote the globalization of Chinese enterprises. We hope that under the leadership of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC), CMAA will cultivate a spirit of patriotism, professionalism and integrity among its members. We hope that CMAA members will provide the highest quality of customer service, protect members’ lawful rights as well as interests and enhance the quality of its membership. We also expect that CMAA will work with member companies to make substantial contributions to the standardization and development of China’s MA market.
