精品论文 参考文献 超声检查早期妊娠卵黄囊直径的临床意义 王明玥 顾欣贤 （苏州大学附属第一医院妇产科超声室 215000） 【摘要】目的 总结早期妊娠（妊娠前十二周）卵黄囊直径以及其最终妊娠结局。方法　对2012年1月至2012年4月在我院检查的孕周为孕6周至孕11周的187例 妊娠囊内卵黄囊直径进行测量，并追踪其胚胎发育情况，总结早期妊娠应用超声测量卵黄囊直径的临床意义。结果　152例胚胎发育情况佳，卵黄囊直径分别为（直径用d表示，单位mm）:1lt;dlt;=2共1例，2lt;dlt;=3共2例，3lt;dlt;=4共45例，4lt;dlt;=5共74例，5lt;dlt;=6共29例，6lt;dlt;=7共1例，7lt;d共0例；35例胚胎发育不良，卵黄囊直径分别为（直径用d表示，单位mm）:1lt;dlt;=2共0例，2lt;dlt;=3共2例，3lt;dlt;=4共3例，4lt;dlt;=5共1例，5lt;dlt;=6共1例，6lt;dlt;=7共7例，7lt;d共15例，另有6例超声检查未见卵黄囊。结论　早期妊娠（妊娠前十二周）应用超声检查卵黄囊直径具有一定的临床价值。 【关键词】 早期妊娠 超声检查 卵黄囊 【中图分类号】R445.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）17-0237-02 The clinical significance of Detecting Yolk Sac by Ultrasound in the First Trimester WANG ming-yue, GU xin-xian 【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the diameter of the Yolk Sac in the early pregnancy(the first trimester) and the outcome of pregnancy.
