And cutting down the logistics cost maximum is the basal guarantee for the enterprise to bring the cost advantage leadership strategic into effect in the keen marketing competition. This article take The Existences in the Logistics Management of WenBo Stationery Chain Supermarket of Shaoguan City and its Countermeasures as start, researching the logistics operation issues existences in the company, that is, the reasons of the Inefficient logistics management, and bring forward some suggestion for improvement by using Modern Logistics Management Theory so as to optimize the enterprise logistics processes flow and improve the efficiency of logistics operations.
