精品论文 参考文献 针灸联合中药桃红四物汤用于痛经治疗效果评价 傅廷文 　　（重庆市铜梁区东城街道社区卫生服务中心 重庆 402560） 　　【摘要】 目的：观察单独的针灸治疗和针灸联合中药桃红四物汤治疗痛经的临床疗效。方法：选来我院就诊的的痛经患者80例，随机分为两组，观察组40例、对照组40例，对照组应用单独针灸治疗，观察组应用针灸治疗加中药桃红四物汤。治疗一个疗程后，观察两组治疗有效率及疼痛程度。结果：一个疗程后，分析上述80例患者的恢复情况，观察组患者的疼痛程度较对照组显著好转,且两组的治疗总有效率相比，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：针灸联合中药桃红四物汤治疗痛经优于单独的针灸治疗，患者的临床症状恢复较快，治疗效率高，应在临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 针灸；中药桃红四物汤；痛经；临床疗效 　　【中图分类号】R246 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）04-0386-02 　　Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine Taohongsiwutang was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of dysmenorrhea Fu Tingwen. Methods Chosen for dysmenorrhea our hospital 80 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 40 cases in the control group of 40 patients in the control group received acupuncture treatment alone, observation group and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment Taohongsiwutang.
