精品论文 参考文献 钝针注射联合冰敷疗法在面部填充中的应用 张 丹 陈 英通讯作者 　　重庆医科大学附属第二医院整形美容科 400010 　　【摘 要】目的：分析对钝针注射联合冰敷疗法在面部填充治疗中的效果，探究患者经过治疗后的是否出现其他严重的并发症，影响患者的身体健康。方法：抽取2013年10月—2014年1月在该院接受诊治的60例面部凹陷的患者，所有病患都符合面部凹陷的诊断标准，随机分成两组，每组各30例。其中对照组给予锐针注射联合冰敷治疗，观察组给予钝针注射联合冰敷疗法进行治疗，观察两组填充面部并发症的效果。结果：通过治疗，淤青对照组12例，占40%，观察组5例，占16.7%；疼痛（NRS评分）对照组轻度13例，占43.3%，中度17例，占56.6%，观察组轻度19例，占63.3%，中度11例，占36.7%；平整性欠佳，对照组15例，占50%，观察组8例，占26.7%，两组显著差异具有统计意义（P均lt;0.05）。结论：使用钝针注射联合冰敷疗法进行治疗患者脸部的凹陷，其治疗效果，发生并发症的几率比较小，同时安全性较高、稳定性较强，值得临床推广使用。 　　【关键词】钝针注射；冰敷疗法；面部填充 　　Analysis on Blunt Needle Injection Combined Ice Compress Therapy Application in Facial Filler 　　Abstract: Objective: To analyze the joint ice compress blunt needle injection therapy in the treatment of facial filler effect, to explore whether patients after treatment of other serious complications, affect the body health. Methods: The extraction in October 2013 - January 2014 in the hospital make a diagnosis and give treatment of 60 cases of facial depression patients, all patients meet the diagnostic criteria of facial depression, randomly divided into two groups, each group 30 cases. The control group given sharp needle injection with ice compress therapy, observation group was given a blunt needle injection combined ice compress therapy treatment; observe the effect of the two groups fill the face. Results: Through treatment, bruises the control group, 12 cases (40%), group 5 cases, accounting for 16.7%; Pain (NRS score) in the control group, including 13 cases of mild, accounted for 43.3%, moderate, 17 cases (56.6%), mild observation group 19 cases, accounted for 63.3%, moderate in 11 cases, accounting for 36.7%; Poor smoothness of the control group, 15 cases (50%), 8 cases of observation group, accounting for 26.7%, two groups of significant differences statistically significant (P lt; 0.05).
