精品论文 参考文献 钼靶X线摄影与超声的结合在乳腺普查中的应用价值 　　吴改英（山西省太原市中心医院 030009） 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨乳腺钼靶X线与超声协同在乳腺普查中的应用价值。方法 乳腺普查5800例全部进行钼靶及超声检查，并与术后病理进行对照。结果230例进行手术，其中乳腺癌72例，不同程度的不典型增生68例，乳头状瘤 12例 囊肿 18例 脂肪坏死2例，瘤样增生38例，乳腺纤维瘤20例。X线钼靶诊断病例204例，诊断符合率89%；超声诊断病例184例，诊断符合率80%。两者联合诊断病例226例，诊断符合率98.1%。差异有统计学意义（plt;0.05）。结论 两者联合应用可明显提高乳腺肿块的诊断率，为临床提供依据，目前是最理想的联合。 　　【关键词】 乳腺钼靶X线摄影 超声 乳腺肿瘤 普查 BI-RADS 　　【中图分类号】R445 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2013）48-0067-02 　　Application of mammography assisted by ultrasonography in breast mass screening 　　Wu Gaiying 　　（ The Center Hospital of Taiyuan,Shanxi Province 030009，China ） 　　【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the practical value of mammography assisted by ultrasonog raphy in breast mass screening.Methods A breast screening was operated on 5800 women. All participants were examined by mammography and ultrasonography . The results were compared with the operative pathological results. Results There are 230 cases carried out the operations，including breast cancer in 72 cases，different degrees of atypical hyperplasia in 72 cases，papillary carcinoma in 12 cases，18 cases of cyst，2 cases of adiponecrosis, tumor-like hyperplasia in 38 cases，20 cases of fibroadenoma. Mammography in the diagnosis of case history in 204 cases，the diagnosis coincidence rate was 89%. Ultrasound in the diagnosis of case history in 184 cases，the diagnosis coincidence rate was 80%. Combination of both methods in the diagnosis of cases history in 226 cases，the diagnosis coincidence rate was 98.1%. The difference was statistically significant (Plt;0.05).
