精品论文 参考文献 锁定钢板和PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的比较分析 张子斌 　　（四川省彭州市中医医院 四川 彭州 611900） 　　【摘 要】目的：探究锁定钢板和PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法：选取我院骨科自2013年9月至2015年4月收治的126例股骨粗隆间骨折的患者作为研究对象，将其按照入院顺序随机的、平均将其分为观察组和对照组两组，观察组采用PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折，对照组采用锁定钢板的方法进行治疗，对比两组患者治疗中及治疗后的相关事项结果。结果：观察组优良率为96.83%（61/63），对照组的优良率为82.54%（52/63），两者相比，前者占显著优势，Plt;0.05；观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量分别与对照组相比，占显著优势，具有统计学意义，plt;0.01，两组骨折愈合时间无统计学差异，Pgt;0.05；两组患者骨折均全部愈合，其中观察组出现髋内翻2例，无其他并发症，对照组患者出现髋内翻4例，无其他并发症出现。两组患者出现的并发症不具有统计学意义，Pgt;0.05。结论：PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效显著，具有术中出血量少、手术时间短，并发症少等优势，有必要在临床上广泛推广应用。 　　【关键词】PFNA；锁定钢板；股骨粗隆间骨折；治疗疗效 　　【中图分类号】R683 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）7-0104-02 　　Compare and analyze the effect of locking plate and PFNA on treating intertrochanteric fracture 　　【Abstract】objective: to explore the locking plate and PFNA curative effect for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.
