精品论文 参考文献 预见性护理对新生儿重症肺炎并发症及预后的影响 (商丘市第一人民医院新生儿重症监护室1NICU1 河南商丘 476100) [摘要] 目的:研究预见性护理对新生儿重症肺炎并发症及预后的影响。方法:选择我院2012年6月-2013年6月期间收治的60例新生儿重症肺炎患儿为观察对象，根据入院时间将患儿分为两组，观察组和对照组各30例。对照组患者采取常规基础护理模式，观察组患者则使用预见性护理模式，比较两组应用效果。结果:观察组有效率为96.67%，明显高于对照组的70.00%，差异显著（P＜0.05）；两组气促缓解、咳嗽消失及住院时间对比，对照组明显高于观察组，差异显著（P＜0.05）；对照组并发症的总发生率为40.00%，显著高于观察组的13.33%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论:预见性护理对新生儿重症肺炎并发症及预后的临床效果显著，能有效减少并发症发生，改善患儿肺功能及预后。 [关键词] 重症肺炎；新生儿；预见性护理；预后；并发症 Predictive nursing effects on neonatal complications and prognosis of severe pneumonia Su Xiaolei (shangqiu first peoples hospital neonatal intensive care unit 1 nicu1 henan shangqiu, 476100) [abstract] objective: to study the predictive nursing effects on neonatal complications and prognosis of severe pneumonia.
