精品论文 参考文献 预见性护理预防腹部手术后肠粘连的效果研究 福建省莆田学院附属医院胃肠外科 351100 【摘 要】目的：对腹部手术患者行预见性护理，观察分析应用效果。方法：择取本院于2014年8月-2016年5月期间收治的腹部手术患者82例，按照患者入院时间、个人意愿，划分为干预组与对照组，每组各41例。对参照组患者行常规护理，对干预组患者行常规护理+预见性护理，比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果：干预组患者的肛门排气时间、平均住院时间均小于对照组患者，即相应数据比较，组间差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；干预组患者的肠粘连发生率为4.88%，与对照组患者的21.95%比较，数据较小，即组间差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；干预组患者的护理满意度为90.25%，对照组患者的护理满意度为68.29%，组间有统计学差异（Plt;0.05）。结论：对腹部手术患者行预见性护理，不仅可以促进术后肛门排气，还能降低患者出现肠粘连的可能性，促进患者早期康复，提高其临床护理满意度，临床普及使用价值显著，值得推广。 【关键词】预见性护理；腹部手术；肠粘连 【 abstract 】 objective：line predictive nursing in patients with abdominal surgery，analyze the application effect. Methods：will pick our college in August 2014 - May 2016 treated 82 cases of patients with abdominal surgery，according to the patients in hospital time，personal will，divided into intervention group and control group，each group of 41 cases. Routine nursing in patients with control group，the routine nursing + predictive nursing intervention group patients，compared two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect. Results：the intervention group of patients with anal exhaust time，average hospitalization time is less than the control group patients，the corresponding data comparison，the difference between groups was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）；Intervention group patients the incidence of intestinal adhesion was 4.88%，compared with the control group 21.95% of the patients，the data is small，the difference between groups was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）；Nursing intervention group patients satisfaction was 90.25%，control group patients satisfaction with nursing care was 68.29%，the difference between groups（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：line predictive nursing in patients with abdominal surgery，not only can promote the postoperative anal exhaust，also can reduce the possibility of patients with intestinal adhesion，promote patients early recovery，to improve the clinical nursing satisfaction，significant clinical popularization using value，worthy of promotion. 【 key words 】 predi
