精品论文 参考文献 颈粉碎性骨折应用锁定钢板与传统解剖型 钢板治疗临床对比分析 魏国强 徐亚非 佛山市南海区第三人民医院528244 【摘要】目的：本研究主要就锁定钢板与传统解剖型钢板在治疗肱骨外科颈粉碎性骨折方面的疗效展开分析讨论。方法：选择我院肱骨外科2005 年1 月—2012 年12 所收治的92 例骨折患者作为研究对象，将所有患者分为观察组与对照组，观察组有50 例患者，对他们给予给予锁定钢板治疗，对照组的患者为42 例，对 他们给予传统解剖型钢板治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果：两组患者的术后并发症、手术成功率、住院时间以及出血量存在明显差异，且具有统计 学意义，p＜0.05；不过两组患者的手术时间之间的差异较小，具有可比性，但不具备统计学意义，Pgt;0.05。结论： 在对肱骨外科颈粉碎性骨折患者进行治疗的过 程中，锁定钢板的治疗方式具有微创性、有效性、安全性等优点，因此，可以对其进行推广。 【关键词】解剖型钢板；锁定钢板；肱骨外科；颈粉碎性骨折 With the traditional anatomical locking plate type steel plate treatment of humeral surgical neck comminuted fractures Wei Guoqiang Nanhai District of Foshan City Third Peoples Hospital of the 528244 [Abstract] Objective: This study on the locking plate andanatomical plate in treatment of humerus surgical neckcomminuted fracture of the analyses and discusses.Methods: in our hospital from 2005 January to 2012 12humerus surgery for the treatment of 92 cases of fracture patients as the object of study, all patients were divided into observation group and control group, the observation group of 50 patients, giving the locking platetreatment for them, patients in the control group of 42cases, treated with traditional anatomic plate in the treatment of he had, to compare the two groups ofpatients.
