精品论文 参考文献 骨折卧床排尿困难患者的中医护理方式分析 湖南省张家界市中医医院 427000 【摘 要】目的：研究骨折卧床排尿困难患者的中医护理方式。方法：选择来自我院2014年2月-2015年8月骨折卧床排尿困难患者80例。80例骨折卧床排尿困难患者随机分为常规组和干预组。常规组采取常规护理方式，干预组采取中医护理方式。比较两组患者排尿困难缓解率；排尿恢复正常时间、住院时间；护理前和护理后患者排尿困难症状积分、尿急症状积分的差异。结果：干预组相较于常规组排尿困难缓解率更高，P＜0.05；干预组相较于常规组排尿恢复正常时间、住院时间更短，P＜0.05；护理前两组排尿困难症状积分、尿急症状积分相似，P＞0.05；护理后干预组相较于常规组排尿困难症状积分、尿急症状积分改善更显著，P＜0.05。结论：骨折卧床排尿困难患者的中医护理效果确切，可有效改善患者临床症??，缓解排尿困难现象，缩短住院时间，值得推广。 【关键词】骨折卧床排尿困难患者；中医护理方式；护理效果 [Abstract] Objective：To study the nursing methods of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with fracture in bed ridden patients with difficulty in urination. Methods：choose 80 cases of patients with difficulty in bed in bed in August -2015，February 2014 in our hospital. 80 cases of fracture in patients with difficulty in urination were randomly divided into routine group and intervention group. The routine nursing method was adopted in the routine group，the intervention group took the traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode. Comparison of two groups of patients with dysuria remission rate；Urination recovery time，hospitalization time；the difference before and after the nursing of patients with symptoms of dysuria，urgency symptoms integral integral. Results：the intervention group compared with the conventional group dysuria remission rate higher，P lt; 0.05；the intervention group compared with the conventional group urination recovery time，shorter hospital stay，P lt; 0.05；nursing in two groups before symptoms of dysuria，urgency symptoms integral integral similarity，P gt; 0.05；pre group compared with the conventional group of urination difficult symptoms，urgency symptom score improved more significantly after nursing，P lt; 0.05. Conclusion：the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with fracture in bed with urination difficulty is definite，which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients，ease the phenomenon of micturition，shorten the length of stay，it is worth promoting.
