精品论文 参考文献 高血压治疗中应用苯磺酸氨氯地平片的疗效分析 汪德宏 　　（四川省凉山洲盐源县人民医院 四川 盐源 615700） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压临床应用效果。方法：对照组给予缬沙坦药物治疗；研究组给予缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗，记录两组高血压患者治疗前、后血压（舒张压、收缩压）变化情况及不良反应发生率，将所得数据经统计学检验后获得结论。结果：两组高血压患者治疗前血压对比结果并无显著差异（Pgt;0.05），经不同方法治疗后两组舒张压、收缩压均较之前显著降低，研究组改善效果更为理想，对比结果具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率（18.18%）虽略高于对照组（不良反应发生率13.64%），但两组对比结果并无显著差异（Pgt;0.05）。结论：对高血压患者给予临床常规治疗基础上加用苯磺酸氨氯地平可显著提高其血压控制效果，有利于保障患者生活质量及生命安全。 　　【关键词】 高血压；苯磺酸氨氯地平；应用效果 　　【中图分类号】R544.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）26-0029-02 　　【Abstract】Objective To study the benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine therapy clinical application effect of high blood pressure. Methods The control group given valsartan medication; Team given valsartan combined benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine therapy, records of two groups of patients with high blood pressure before and after treatment the blood pressure changes (diastolic and systolic blood pressure) and the incidence of adverse reactions, will obtain the conclusion after data from the statistical test. Results Two groups of patients with high blood pressure before treatment comparison blood pressure was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), after treatment with different methods for two groups of diastolic and systolic blood pressure were significantly lower than before, the team to improve the effect more ideal, comparing the results with statistical significance (P lt; 0.05); Group at the incidence of adverse reactions (18.18%) is slightly higher than the control group (the incidence of adverse drug reactions (13.64%), but the results of two groups of contrast and no significant difference (P gt; 0.05).
