精品论文 参考文献 高血压病血管内皮功能与颈动脉内—中膜厚度的超声研究 中国人民解放军国防科大医院特诊科 湖南长沙 410073 【摘 要】目的：研究分析高血压病血管内皮功能与颈动脉内-中膜厚度的超声变化以及关系。方法 选取2015年10月—2015年12月高血压患者33例为研究组，血压正常的人员33人为对照组，通过超声检测对比分析两组肱动脉内皮依赖舒张功能（EDD）、肱动脉内皮非依赖舒张功能（ENDD）、颈动脉内—中膜厚度以及斑块。结果：对照组肱动脉内皮依赖性（EDD）和非内皮依赖性（NEDD）舒张功能，研究组舒张功能低于对照组，消栓甘油诱发内皮依赖性功功能对比，两组间无明显差异；研究组斑块数量明显多于对照组；两组研究对象基线内径、充血后内径无明显差异；（FMD）研究组明显低于对照组。结论：高血压患者颈动脉内—中厚度和血管内皮损伤有关，通过超声检测血管内皮功能与颈动脉内—中膜厚度，对于早期诊断具有重要意义。 【关键词】高血压；两组肱动脉内皮依赖舒张；颈动脉内—中膜厚度；斑块；超声 [Abstract]：Objective：To study the membrane thickness in hypertensive vascular endothelial function and carotid artery ultrasound changes and the relationship between them. Methods a total of 2015 October 2015 December hypertensive patients 33 cases as study group，normal blood pressure 33 people in the control group，by ultrasonic inspection measuring comparative analysis of two groups of brachial artery endothelial dependent vasodilation(EDD）and brachial artery endothelium - dependent diastolic function(ENDD）and carotid artery - media thickness and plaque. The results：in the control group，the brachial artery endothelial dependent(EDD）and non endothelium dependent(nedd）diastolic function and research study group diastolic function below Control group，Xiaoshuan glycerin induced endothelial dependent contrast of power function，between the two groups no significant difference；the number of patches in the study group were significantly more than that of the control group；diameter of two groups of subjects at baseline and hyperemic diameter had no significant difference；(FMD）study group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion：the carotid artery in patients with high blood pressure in thickness and vascular endothelial injury，through ultrasonic detection of vascular endothelial function and carotid artery intima-media thickness，is of great significance for the diagnosis of early.
