医学论文-天然脑活素促细胞增殖和抗细胞衰老作用的研究 ????????????????? 作者：李映红 吴正治 吴伟康 李明 张晓丽 陈茵 杨敏 【摘要】? 目的：探讨天然脑活素对人胚肺二倍体成纤维细胞（MRC-5）增殖能力和复制性衰老的影响及其机理。方 法： 光镜下观察 MRC-5 细胞衰老表型，常规计数细胞代龄、传代速度， MTT 法检测细胞增殖活度，X-Gal 染色法观察细胞衰老情况，计数衰老细胞百分率。 结果：天然脑活素可维持细胞的非衰老表型，增加 MRC-5 细胞代龄，天然脑活素 孵育 MRC-5 细胞的细胞增殖能力较空白老龄对照组明显升高（P ＜ 0.05），细胞的增殖速度显著加快。另外，天然脑活素连续培养的细胞在老龄阶段衰老细胞数显著低于老龄对照细胞（P ＜ 0.01）。 结论：天然脑活素可升高 MRC-5 细胞增殖能力，有效延缓细胞的复制性衰老。 【关键词】? 天然脑活素； 人胚肺成纤维细胞；增殖活度；复制性衰老；延缓 ??? 〔Abstract〕???
