医学论文-“补肾健脾方”对早孕先兆流产患者内分泌的影响 【摘要】? 目的：观察补肾健脾方治疗早孕先兆流产的疗效，探讨其临床内分泌作用机制。方法：设立 75 例早孕先兆流产患者作为病例组，15 例正常妊娠妇女作为对照组。病例组中 30 例中药组，运用补肾健脾方治疗；30 例中西医结合组，运用补肾健脾方、黄体酮和绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）治疗；15 例西药组运用黄体酮和 HCG 治疗；疗程为 2 周，观察疗效。运用化学发光法检测病例组治疗前后和对照组的孕酮（P）、β- 人绒毛膜促性腺激素（β- hCG）浓度。结果：①中药组、中西医结合组有效率 90%，西药组有效率 66.7%。②中药组治疗前 P、β- hCG 浓度明显低于对照组，治疗后比治疗前显著升高，治疗后β- hCG 与正常组比较无显著差异，而 P 仍然显著低于正常对照组。结论：补肾健脾方治疗早孕先兆流产疗效显著，其机制与促进早孕期胎盘分泌 HCG 并使其分泌稳步上升，提高孕激素水平改善黄体功能有关。 【关键词】? 补肾健脾方；先兆流产；孕酮；HCG ??
