微波等离子体用于汽车点火的仿真及研究

摘 要:用仿真及实验,论证了微波等离子体用于汽车点火的可行性。用三维微波电磁场仿真软件
CST完成仿真设计。仿真模拟表明:当气缸内活塞到达上止点时,形成谐振,电场最强,迅速点火;
偏离上止点时,电场迅速衰减,点火熄灭。改变直线波导上气缸的分布,模仿现有四缸汽车每组间
隔点火情况。网络分析仪测试表明:活塞只有在某一特定刻度时,微波传输率才最大。实物试验中,
微波源通过微波传输系统向带有一个气缸的直线波导馈入微波,只有在某一刻度范围内,气缸内产生
很强的电场,激发出等离子体,气缸内点火。

Abstract:Thefeasibilityofmicrowaveplasmaemployedinautoignitionwasdemonstratedbysimulation
designandexperiments.Thesimulationdesignwasimplementedusingthesoftwareof’’computersimulation
technology”(CST)fora3-Dmicrowaveelectromagneticfield.Thesimulationdesignshowsthatwhenthe
cylinderpistongetstothetopdeadcentre(TDC),theelectricfieldinthecylinderisstrongerthanelsewhere
andtheignitionisgenerated,withtheelectricfieldweakeningandtheignitionquicklysnuffingoutwithfastTDC
deviation.Basedonlineardistributionofthecylinder,thesimulationdesignimitatesthesituationofexistingfour
cylinderignition.Thenetworkanalyzertestsshowthatthemicrowavetransferrateisthelargestonlyinacertain
scalewiththepistonalternatingposition,Themicrowavesourcetransfersenergytothelinearwaveguidewith
acylinderthroughthemicrowavetransmissionsystem.Onlyinacertainscalerange,theelectricfieldinthe
cylinderisstrongenoughtogenerateplasmawithautoignitionthenproducedinthecylinder.
