It is intended to train students to read and understand within a shortest of time in the Franch publications of international law. French of droit international public is used as teaching text work, which was published by Dalloz, 2000. The lecture of French text of international law will emphasize the technique of the translation from French to English and Chinese and to explain French grammatical structure as well. 科目名稱： 國際買賣法專題研究 開課班級： 碩士班二年級 學分：0－2學分 選別：選修 英文名稱：Seminar on International Trade Laws 授課教師：程家瑞 上課時數：二小時 中文簡介： 國際商品買賣契約經一九八０年聯合國國際貿易法委員會（UNCITRAL）通過「維也納國際商品買賣法公約」及一九九四年羅馬國際私法統一學會（UNIDROIT）通過「國際商事契約之原則」而告確立。本專題研究將含蓋： 國際買賣法之定義、特性與法源； 契約之成立要件：要約、承諾、新要約； 契約之效力； 契約之解釋； 契約之履行：買賣雙方當事人個別與共同之義務； 契約未履行之救濟與損害賠償； 英文簡介： International law of Sales was formulated by the UNCITRAL through the adoption of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods (1980) at Vienna and UNIDROIT’s Principles of International Commercial Contracts in Rome in 1994.
