AbstractObjective：ToobservetheexpressionlevelofSmad2andP38MAPKproteinin livertissuesofhumanwithE.m,andtoevaluatetheirinteractionandthemechanism ofsignals inhepatic fibrosis.Method：20 patients who were diagnosed with AE through surgery wererecruitedandtheirhepatictissuesweredividedintopara-lesionandnormalliver tissues.IHCwasappliedtodetecttheexpressionofSmad2andP38MAPK.Pathologic changesandthedegreeofhepaticfibrosiswereevaluatedusingHEandMasson staining.Result：1,Thescoresof HFinpara-lesionswashigherthanthatinnormallivertissues;2,TheexpressionlevelofSmad2andP38MAPKinpara-lesionwereboth higherthanthatinnormallivertissues;3,TheexpressionlevelofSmad2and P38MAPKinnormallivertissues,para-lesionorthewholehepatictissueswereall positivelycorrelatedwiththedegreeoffibrosis;TheexpressionlevelofSmad2and P38MAPKincreasedwiththedegreeof fibrosis;4,TheexpressionlevelofSmad2 was positively correlatedwith that of P38MAPK in para-lesion.Conclusion:1,Thedegreeof fibrosisin para-lesionwithE.mismore serious thanthatin normallivertissues;2,Smad2andP38MAPKarebothinvolvedinthe processofliverfibrosis;3,P38MAPKisinvolvedin the regulation ofSmad2in para-lesionKey words: Echinococcus multilocularis Smad2 P38MAPK Hepatic fibrosis目录第1章引言...............................................................................................................1第2章材料与方法...................................................................................................42.1材料..............................................................................................................42.1.1 研究对象.............................................................................................42.1.2 标本采集.............................................................................................42.1.3 主要试剂.............................................................................................52.1
