“一带一路”背景下的敦煌文化术语 翻译问题与对策研究 兰州城市学院甘肃文化翻译中心 摘要： 在“一带一路”倡议的积极影响下，敦煌文化翻译与对外宣传的需求与口倶增。 近年来，虽有译者进行过敦煌文化翻译，却鲜有学者对其进行系统研宂。在缺乏 学术理论支撑及行业规范指导的背景下，敦煌文化翻译面临诸多问题。其中，最 亟须解决的问题莫过于术语翻译问题。敦煌文化博大精深，其术语其有一定的独 特性和复杂性，也为此类术语翻译带来了相当大的难度。有鉴于此，文章将重点 研究内容定位在敦煌文化术语翻译，总结其术语特点，指出并分析现有问题。同 时，提出适用的翻译对策。希望能为敦煌文化全而对外传播前打下一定基础，促 进敦煌学的W际研宄并推动中W文化术语的外宣翻译。 关键词： “一带一路”侣议;敦煌文化术语;翻译;现存问题;策略; 作者简介：柳菁(1987—)，女，硕士，兰州城市学院甘肃文化翻译屮心讲师， 主要研究翻译学、术语学等。通信方式：119234935@。 收稿日期：2017-08-22 基金：甘粛省高等学校科研项目“敦煌文化翻译/平行语料库建设与应用研究” (2016A-070) Problems and Strategies in the Translation of Dunhuang Culture Terms: Study Based on the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative LIU Ting Abstract： With the positive influence of the Belt and Road Initiative, there is an increasing need for the translation and international publicity of Dunhuang culture. Tn recent years, some translators have translated books on Dunhuang culture, whereas few scholars have conduct researches on its translation. As a result, without the support of translation theories ancl the guidance of the translation criteria, the translation of the Dunhuang culture is faced with various problems, in which the most urgent one to be tackled is the term translation. Since the Dunhuang culture is so extensive and profound that its terms feature great uniqueness and complexity, which serves as the difficult points in Dunhuang term translation. In light of this, the article focuses on the translation of Dunhuang culture terms, summarizes their features, and points out and analyzes the existing problems. The article also explores proper counter-measures. We hoped this article could lay certain foundation to the spread of the Dunhuang culture, promote the international research on the Dunhuang Studies and enhance the translation of terms on Chinese culture.
