Abstract Observing the recent years’ safety situations at construction site, we will find many problems. Security incidents always occur because of complicated workers at job site, limited project time, poor operating environment, multi-hazard during construction process, low safety awareness of operators, such as fall down from height, wounded due to falling objects, electric shock, earthwork collapse, machinery overturning. Causalities accidents happened, which are also caused economic and property losses to the constructors. Investigating the reasons, on the one hand, it is because of the uncertainty security responsibilities and unsound security supervisory system. On the other hand, it is due to the internal weakened management of constructors, especially the existing defective job site management, shortened safety protective measures, uncommitted responsibilities, unnecessary trainings to the management staffs and operators, lack of necessary safety technical knowledge, non-compliant command and non-compliant operation etc. Regarding to such situations, we should find out the root of the problems and seek effective methods for solving them. Therefore; we must strengthen the site safety management and incidents control, well arrange the responsibility implementation problems of related responsible persons and perfect the government oversight system. Only integrated use the mentioned approaches, can the safety risks hidden in the construction be solved and eliminated. 关键词: 建筑工程,施工现场,安全管理 Key words: construction engineering, construction site, safety management 第一章 工程安全”的含义及导致工程安全事故的原因 1．“工程安全”的含义 　　 工程安全在世界各国都是一个受到普遍关注的重要问题。广义的工程安全包含两个方面的含义：一方面是指工程建筑物本身的安全，即质量是否达到了合同要求、能否在设计规定的年限内安全使用，设计质量和施工质量直接影响到工程本身的安全，二者缺一不可；另一方面则是指在工程施工过程中人员的安全，特别是合同有关各方在现场工作人员的生命安全。《安全条例》中的“安全生产”以及本文中提到的“安全管理”均指后者。 2．导致工程安全事故的原因 　　 我国的工程建设规模巨大，但建设管理水平参差不齐，安全生产的管理和职工安全教育滞后，因而当前建设系统的安全形势非常严峻。2008年共发生工程安全事故1292起，死亡1524人。20010年共发生工程安全事故1144起，死亡1324人。导致工程安全事故的原因主要有以下几点。 第一章 工
