浅谈当前中俄贸易的问题及对策 摘要：中国和俄罗斯都是世界上发展中大国，并且同为金砖五国之一，发展潜力很大，为世界经济的繁荣和复兴做出了巨大的贡献，特别是现在为于后金融危机时代，没有两国经济的强有力复苏，世界经济的复苏是不可能实现的。况且两国经济彼此互补性强，发展中国和俄罗斯贸易往来非常有利于两国经济的共同振兴。更重要的是两国贸易交往的历史悠久，可以追溯到350多年前的明末清初时期。长期以来，比较优势都是各国参与国际贸易的依据和基础，俄以向中国出口燃料等自然资源为主，中国以向俄出口劳动密集型产品为主。比较优势在中俄贸易中得到深刻的体现，并且具有重大的影响，两国都把握了各自优势，在现有贸易基础上进一步深入，以达到更大的互惠互利。中俄贸易较强的互补性成为两国经济贸易的重要的基础，它完全符合两国对外贸易原则，只要在现有的贸易基础上进一步发挥潜力，两国都可以在贸易中获得更大的利益。 关键词：中俄贸易 历史回溯 新发展 问题 对策 机遇 Abstract: China and Russia are the world developing country, and with the one of the five countries, development potential is very great, for the prosperity of the world economy and the Renaissance made enormous contribution, especially now in post financial crisis era, not the strong bilateral economic recovery, the world economic recovery is not possible.
