C ina Abstract Objective:To explore t e clinical application of 64 multi slice CT ( MSCT) and DSA in renal art ery steno sis. Methods: 153 patients w ere clinically diagnosed as secondary ypertension, and w ere examined by 64 MSCT A. Among t em, 57 pat ients w ere examined by DSA at t e same t ime.T e results of CT A w ere compared wit t ose of DSA, and t e sensitivity and specif icity of CTA and DSA,w ere figured out. Results:71 pat ient s of 153 patients examined by CT A in t e group w ere diagnosed as aving renal artery st enosis. 57 patients examined by DSA were diagnosed as aving renal artery st enosis. T e sensitivit y and specificit y of CTA and DSA w ere 100% . Conclusion:64 M SCT can clearly demonst rate t e c ange of renal artery , it can replace DSA in some aspects.
