“健康中国2030”背景下武当太乙五 行拳发展路径选择 王陈念张艳华马世坤 武汉体育学院研宄生院武汉体育学院武当山国际武 术学院武汉体育学院武术学院 在“健康中国2030”战略的指导下，提高人民健康水平，实施健康强国战略， 实现中华民族伟大复兴。武当武术是中华民族传统武术重要组成部分，且武当太 乙五行拳作为武当武术最具代表性的传统拳种，其发展现状与未来的发展路径 对于武当武术的发展有一定的借鉴作用。文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻 辑分析法等方法，对武当太乙五行拳在健康中国背景下发展路径的选择进行研 宄，得出以下发展路径:加强武当太乙五行拳健身价值实证研宄;加快武当太乙 五行拳标准化步伐H衣托传统武术比赛逐步推广;持续推进武当太乙五行拳标准 化进入学校教育;借助新媒体推广武当太乙五行拳。 关键词： 健康中国;武当太乙五行拳;发展路径; 研究方向：武术理论与方法。 研究方向：民族传统体育理论与 方法。 研宂方向：武术理论 与实践。 基金：2017年M家体育总局武术研究院院管基金资助课题，编号:WSH2017B007 On the Development Path Selection of Wudang Taiyi Wuxing Quan under the Background of Health China 2030 Wang Chennian Zhang Yanhua Ma Shikun Postgraduate Department， Wuhan Sports University; Wudangshan International College of Wushu，Wuhan Sports University; Wushu Department， Wuhan Sports University; Abstract： Under the guidance of ’’Health China 2030 strategy, China has been improving the level of people’s health, implementing health strategy, preparing for achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Wudang Wushu is an important part of Chinese traditional Wushu. Wudang Taiyi Wuxing Quan, the most representative one, whose status quo and future development path has a certain reference for other schools of Wudang Wushu. In this paper, the writer uses the methods of literature, expert interviews， logical analysis and other methods to analyze the development path of Wudang Taiyi Wuxing Quan, therefore conics to the following paths: strengthening the empirical research on development; accelerating the pace of standardization; relying on traditional Wushu competitions to promote gradually; making efforts to make standard Wudang Tai yi Wuxi ng Quan enter school education; promotion Wudang Taiyi Wuxing Quan via new media.
