兩種消毒劑在內鏡消毒機上 對內鏡模擬現場消毒效果觀察 董小峰 高紅梅1 張志成 （陝西省疾病預防控制中心，西安 710054；1 西安交通大學） 摘要 為比較2種消毒劑對內鏡模擬現場消毒效果，採用人工染菌試驗方法對霧化薰蒸法和沖洗法消毒內鏡的效果進行了觀察。結果，在自動消毒機上，用20g/L戊二醛和700mg/L二氧化氯消毒劑沖洗作用5min，對內鏡外壁上指標菌清除率達到100%；對內腔沖洗作用30min，2種消毒劑對指標菌清除率分別為86.30%和99.99%。用20g/L戊二醛和700mg/L二氧化氯消毒劑對內鏡的內腔霧化薰蒸消毒60min，對指標菌清除率分別為30.51%和44.26%。結論，用20g/L戊二醛和700mg/L二氧化氯消毒劑經自動內鏡消毒機沖洗消毒對內鏡外壁可達到消毒要求，對內鏡的內腔只有二氧化氯可達到消毒要求；用霧化薰蒸法消毒，兩種消毒劑均達不到消毒要求。 關鍵字 內鏡；內鏡清洗消毒機；戊二醛；二氧化氯；枯草桿菌黑色變種芽孢 中圖分類號：R187.2 文獻標識碼：B ?
