『Teaching aims and requirements in this chapter』:
In this chapter, it introduced the features of disease, including etiology, pathogenesis and outcome. Disease is referred as aberrant manifestation of deregulated homeostasis caused by harmful agents. The development of a disease is definitely a pathologic process with a characteristic set of signs and symptoms involved in the whole body or any of its parts. Teaching should focus on those basic concepts.

3. Pathogenesis of disease
(1) General rule for pathogenesis of diseases

5. Focus on mastering the means of concept and the useful terms on disease in way of teaching mainly.
