青岛滨海学院留学生管理办法 Management Rules of Qingdao Binhai University for Overseas Students 为进一步规范来我校学习的留学生的管理工作，依据国家《高等学院接受外国学生管理规定》，结合我校的实际情况，特制定本管理办法。 In accordance with the Management Rules for Higher Institutions’ Enrolling Overseas Students, the Management Rules of Qingdao Binhai University are made to strengthen the standardized management of overseas students. 第一章 总则 Chapter 1 General Rule 外国留学生在华留学期间如有违犯中国宪法和法律，危害我国国家安全，破坏社会秩序或严重损害他人利益者，由中国司法机关依法处理。违反校规校纪者由学校进行处理。 The overseas students who break Chinese constitution and laws, jeopardize China’s security, undermine social orders, or damage others’ interests shall be punished by China’s Judicial Department according to the laws. Those who break the school rules shall be punished by Qingdao Binhai University. 第二章 教学管理 Chapter 2 Teaching Management 1. 按照学校的教学计划和老师的安排努力完成学习任务。 The overseas students should finish their learning tasks according to the teaching schedule and the arrangement by teachers. 2. 按时上课，不迟到、早退、无故旷课，因事因病不能参加学习者，应事先向班主任请假。留学生请假如超过五天，需得到所属院校的同意，方可准假。 The overseas students should go to class punctually. They are not allowed be late, or be absent without reasons; anyone who cannot attend the class for business or sickness should inform the class teacher beforehand; anyone who asks a five-day leave or more should apply for the approval of the faculty. 3. 按时上课，认真听讲，上课时间不得随便出入教室、吸烟、吃东西。 The overseas students should go to class punctually, listen to the teachers attentively; no one is allowed to go in or out of classroom during the class time; either smoking or eating snacks is forbidden. 4. 不得损坏班级公物，如有损坏，需照价赔偿。 No one is allowed to damage public property; any damage should be compensated according to the cost. 5. 享受我国的节假日，非我国的节假日，必须正常上课。 The overseas students may enjoy Chinese holidays, but they must have their classes regularly in non-Chinese holidays. 6. 到校后办理青岛滨海学院学生证和校园卡，所持有的学生证和校园卡在学习期结束时应当退回学校。 The overseas students should be registered for ID
