艾滋病脑部病变的CT表现 张明亚1，罗良平1，赵辉2 （1.暨南大学附属第一医院，广州 510630； 2.广州市第八人民医院，广东 广州 510060） 摘要 目的:探讨艾滋病脑部病变的临床和CT表现特点，提高对其诊断与鉴别诊断的水平。方法:回顾性分析72例艾滋病脑部病变患者的临床和影像学资料，所有病例均行颅脑CT平扫，其中12例同时行增强扫描。比较不同脑部病变的CT阳性率、CT征象，同时将不同脑部病变的死亡率进行分组比较。结果:72例艾滋病患者中，39例CT检查有异常表现的不同病种的CT出现异常改变的发生率有所不同（P=0.03）。CT表现包括低密度灶、占位效应、脑室扩大、脑室积水、病灶环状强化、脑膜强化及脑萎缩等改变，艾滋病患者晚期的死亡率较高.结论:艾滋病合并脑部病变的CT表现互相混杂，应用CT检查提高对艾滋病患者合并HIV脑炎以及机遇性感染的影像学诊断水平具有重要意义。 关键词 获得性免疫缺陷综合征；脑；病变；体层摄影术，X线计算机 CT Findings of the Brain Lesions in AIDS ZHANG Mingya1, LUO Liangping1，ZHAO Hui2 (1.The First Affiliated Hospital Of Jinan University, Guangzhou 510630,China； 2. Conclusion: These pictures occurred singly or together. Accordingly, it is extraordinary important to increase the imaging diagnostic level of AIDS with HIV encephalitis and opportunistic infections with CT.
